Try to engage in activities that bring you joy and laughter, such as watching a funny movie or spending time with friends who make you laugh. It's also important to communicate with your partner about how you're feeling and find ways to bring back the lightheartedness into your relationship. Additionally, seeking support from a therapist or counselor can help you navigate these feelings and find ways to maintain a healthy balance in your emotions. **
