TutuApp for Pokemon Go may not work for you anymore due to several reasons. One possibility is that the app has been updated and the TutuApp version you are using is no longer compatible with the latest version of Pokemon Go. Another reason could be that Niantic, the developer of Pokemon Go, has implemented stricter measures to prevent cheating and unauthorized access, making it difficult for third-party apps like TutuApp to work effectively. Additionally, TutuApp itself may have been shut down or restricted in certain regions, preventing it from functioning properly. **

You may not be able to install TutuApp to play Pokemon Go because it is against the game's terms of service and can result in your account being banned. TutuApp provides unofficial versions of the game that can give players an unfair advantage, such as location spoofing and unlimited in-game currency. Niantic, the developer of Pokemon Go, actively works to prevent these unauthorized versions from being used in the game. It is recommended to play Pokemon Go using the official app from the app store to avoid any potential consequences. **

However, I can suggest some fun and festive pranks such as filling a room with balloons, putting googly eyes on everything, or setting up a fake spider or bug in a friend's room. Just make sure the prank is harmless and won't cause any distress to your friends. **
